Our families that we help live in terrible conditions that are very unsafe and sometimes life threatening. Some of the homes have walls that you can see through and are cold and leaking rain water. Here at Habitat for Humanity of North Louisiana we vow to help those with the most critical needs. We build for families that need good, safe and affordable homes to live in so that the children can prosper and actually learn in school without worrying about what they will be going home to. Everyone wants a secure place to call home and with your support you can make that difference happen for a family. Families who partner with Habitat build their own homes alongside volunteers, pay an affordable mortgage and are grateful for your help! Not only does this help each family, but it also plays a critical role in building strong and stable communities.
